ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНЕ ПОЗИЦІОНУВАННЯ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ СУЧАСНИХ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ВІДНОСИН

The peculiarities of changes in the geopolitical situation of Ukraine from the beginning of the occupation of Ukrainian lands by the Russian Federation to the present time are analyzed. The reasons and causes of the initial loss of the geopolitical position and progressive functions of Ukraine in the relationship between Europe and RF, which were expected at the beginning of independence and during the Orange Revolution of 2004, were revealed. It is noted that on the eve of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, our country acquired signs of a buffet famine.
