Evolution in the fundamental areas of the business operation of Polish companies related to the application of mobile technologies

Mobile technologies are one of the most important stimulants of changes within the fundamental areas of company operation. The changes are manifested, among other things, in such areas as internal and external communication, and in the organic functions of economic entities. This paper aims to identify the scope of such changes brought about by the introduction and use of mobile technologies. Based on questionnaire studies, this paper presents an analysis and evaluation of the current trends in the use of mobile technologies in the above areas. The findings are used to formulate a set of recommendations on the effective application of mobile technologies in the economic practice of Polish companies.
