Prevederile legale din anul 1979 referitoare la conservarea bunurilor bibliofile din patrimoniul cultural-național identificate în cadrul unui plan de măsuri elaborat de Consiliul Culturii și Educației Socialiste

The present paper presents the legal provisions concerning the preservation of bibliophilic items of the national cultural heritage, mentioned in the programme of measures entitled "Measures for the preservation and protection of bibliophilic items of the national cultural heritage" and issued by the Council of Socialist Culture and Education. This document was identified during research carried out in the Archives of the National Museum of Unification Alba Iulia.
