This a notice of retraction of the article: Zoran Radivojević, "Nadležnost Komisije u postupku predlaganja, usvajanja i sprovođenja akata organa Evropske unije" (Competence of the Commission in Propising, Adopting and Implementing Legal Acts of he European Union Institutions), published in "Review of European Law", Vol. XVIII(2016), pp. 69-92. The Editor-in-Chief has been informed that this papaer plagiarizes an earlier paper of the same author: "Uloga Komisije u donošenju i izvršenju pravnih akata Evropske unije" (The Role of the European Commission in the Enactment and Execution of Legal Acts of the European Union) published in "Zbornik radova Pravnog fakulteta u Nišu LIV(2015) No. 71, pp. 61-79. After confirmation of this fact, the Editor-in-Chief of the Review of European Law, has decided to retract the paper immediately.We applogize to the readers of the journal that it took a year to notice this error and to retract the paper. We expect of readers of the journal to directly get in touch with the editorial office and the editor of the journal for similar cases in the future, so that they can be handled promptly.
