An introduction to the legislative expert practice of logical expertise is proposed. The methodological arsenal of logical knowledge and legal logic is being explored to bring the logical examination of draft laws to the scientific and methodological foundations. A clearer distinction is made between the spheres of linguistic and logical expertise. |
