Zusammenfassung: | The paper deals about some folk medical terms (reoma, evtika, malasilj, čuma, šuga etc.) of foreign origin (Latin, Greek, Turkish) existing in South-east Serbia vernaculars. Some of them could be find in serbian medieval medical manuscripts. It is quite understandable since the medical knowledge came in those languages at that time. There aren’t some of those terms (artetika, epilenžija, pleurežiš, ptižiš) in vernacular. The contemporary folk medical desease terms (infrak, ekcem tumor) has undergone an additional foreign influence. |
