Evoluția instituției legitimei apărări

Through this paper we propose a brief foray into the history of universal law, but especially Romanian, to observe the evolution of the institution of self-defense. The chronological analysis of the changes that this institution of law has undergone over the centuries, even millennia, gives us a broad perspective on the conditions it had to fulfill at certain moments in time. The way in which the regulation of self-defense has evolved so far is as much an evolution of humanity in general, as of the science of law in particular.
