Principiile activităţii speciale de investigaţii

In the article are presented the results of the research and analysis of the notion and content of the principles of the special investigation activity stipulated in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. There are highlighted certain aspects that, in the author's view, create difficulties of understanding and uniform application of the legal provisions when carrying out the tasks of this field of activity. The conclusions and recommendations shall be formulated in accordance with the essence and social purpose of the special investigative activity.
