Editorial

This is the first number of the Journal of Social Policy to be put together by the new editorial team, so we are taking this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you and to say something about our plans for the journal. The editorial team is based in the School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research at the University of Kent and consists of Professor Jan Pahl and Dr Emma Wincup (joint editors), and Jane Dennett (administrator).
