Zusammenfassung:This chapter is the second contribution from the frontline of contemporary politics. The author discusses his work with the organisation UK Uncut – a British group campaigning against the UK government s austerity agenda and severe public spending cuts. The organisation uses various online tools to help people take direct action in their local communities, primarily by occupying branches of tax dodging companies and demanding that the government make these companies pay their fair share. This chapter discusses the organization s approach to activism and the way they created a number of tools and spaces for organising simple, creative, fun, exciting and effective political actions.
