J. Ravisius Textor (c. 1492-1522) source of a Leonhard Lechner motet (1581)?

The collection of motets published in 1581 by the Tyrolean composer Leonhard Lechner (1553-1606) contains a piece (XXIII) declared anonymous by critics or, sometimes also, Lechnerian. Nevertheless, we found this text in the posthumous collection (1530) of Epigrammata of Ravisius Textor (died in 1522), professor of Latin in the famous Parisian College of Navarre. Suggesting Textor as primary source of this composition, N. Istasse proposes his own translated edition in English and French. He cites also, among the rich history of these eight dactylic hexameters, the old English translation of Timothy Kendall (1577) and a Flemish one due to the theologian Willem Baudert (1605).
