Zusammenfassung:Background. Asthma and allergic rhinitis have become the most common worldwide allergic pathologies. Objectives. To determine the prevalence of allergic pathology and epidemiological pattern in childhood of Cali, Colombia. Study design. Croos sectional study. Methods. Children less than 6 years old were included and ISAAC questionnaire was performed. Results. They have shown a different pattern, compared with children of high socioeconomic status, prevalence was higher in children of lower socio-economic status, 27% vs 13%.
