Household food insecurity data from the Vietnamese Mekong Delta

The study "Household Food Insecurity in the Vietnamese Meking Delta" involved three phases of data collection: Phase 1: Qualitative interviews with n=15 primary food preparers in the Mekong Delta Phase 2: Pilot study for face validity and reliability of survey tools Phase 3: Cross-sectional survey N=552 including interviewer administered survey collecting data on demographics, shocks, household food security, diet diversity, food availabilty, mental and physical health.
