Zusammenfassung: | Intraocular tumors are rare and can be caused by various neoplasms, benign and malignant. In adult patients, metastasis is the most prevalent; however, metastasis from small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is relatively rare for which magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings are seldom reported. We herein report a case of intraocular metastasis from SCLC resulting in painless blurred vision as the initial presentation, and focusing on its diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) findings. By means of ocular MRI, intraocular metastatic SCLC should be considered in differential diagnosis. |
