Zusammenfassung:Rounded Atelectasis (RA), a little-known pulmonary pseudotumor, is a rare form of lung collapse associated with pleural effusion and thickening. Occasionally, chest radiograph may shows subpleural masslike lession that often mimics intrapulmonary neoplasm with characteristic comet-tail- shaped vessels and bronchi curving toward and converging to it. Its recognition may help us preventing unnecessary further invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
