Zusammenfassung: | Poly(N-methylaniline)/Zn0.6Mn0.2Ni0.2Fe2O4 (PNMAn/ZMNFO) composites were prepared by in situ polymerization. The structure, morphology, and electromagnetic properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, thermal analyzer, infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM and SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer, four probes resistivity instrument, and impedance/material analyzer, respectively. The results showed that the PNMAn/ZMNFO composites had better thermal stability than PNMAn; the saturation magnetization of the composites decreased as the ZMNFO content decreased; and the conductivity increased as the PNMAn content increased; the tanδm and tanδe value of the PNMAn/ZMNFO composites decreased quickly in the range of low−middle frequency (1−15 MHz) and slowly in the range of high frequency (15 MHz−1 GHz). The composites with certain composition have better performance of electromagnetic loss than a single component due to the synergistic effect between their components. The electromagnetic parameters (M S, tanδm, tanδe) of the composites can be modified by controling of its components (PNMAn or ZMNFO) concentration. |
