Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the mixed porous liquid–solid made of zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8), 2-methylimidazole (mIm), glycol, and water was first used in a pilot-scale packed system for CO2 capture. The separation performance and equivalent work were investigated systematically. The experimental results show that CO2 removal ratio could reach 90% when the gas-slurry ratio was fixed at 100. The CO2 capture equivalent work of ZIF-8 slurry was 0.61–0.85 GJ/t, which was 57–80% of that of MEA solution. After prolonged running times, no choke happened in the packed tower and CO2 capture ability of the ZIF-8 slurry kept stable. In addition, Dixon-ring random packing showed no signs of corrosion after four month cumulative experiments, which means that ZIF-8 slurry can be applied in the packed tower for gas separation in the pilot scale. |
