Ce projet permet de reconsidérer l’histoire des techniques et de l’innovation dans le contexte d’un arsenal de marine, du xviie siècle à l’ère industrielle, et fournit ainsi la possibilité d’une médiation patrimoniale plus cohérente. Toutefois, cette restitution conduit à questionner sa nature et son statut dans le contexte d’une législation et de procédures administratives touchant à la navigation, au patrimoine et à l’environnement, et interroge sur sa capacité à intégrer les politiques touristiques mises en uvre par les collectivités publiques locales. | |
