Like these, the September Report argues that the Commission is on top of its game in addressing the refugee situation in the Aegean; that policy makers need not worry; that problems are identified, and that they are being resolved. This has also been the message of the Commission in a series of recent interviews with major European media. || A closer analysis of the Commission's report shows how fragile the EU-Turkey agreement has become, and how little thought and effort is being put into overcoming obvious problems in order to make it work.
