But when Ko Chun's innate gambling ability is revealed, Dagger realizes the truth: he has the God of Gamblers in his care! But can Dagger protect Ko Chun long enough for him to regain his skills, and take back his name and reputation? Gambling films were already an established genre in Hong Kong Cinema, but the team of Chow Yun Fat and Wong Jing reinvigorated the genre with the first God of Gamblers movie!
