County maps show the locations of the areas covered. Additional, more detailed maps supplement the text.Goodwin supplies valuable information on the province as a whole and the habitats contained within. He lists common breeding birds one can expect to encounter, and describes seasonal weather conditions and migration patterns and the most productive kinds of birding to be found.
