(OFAS), Diet, Sulfur Amino Acids, and Healthspan, held in Tarrytown, New York, September 20-22,2015. The OFAS inaugurated a series of symposia, focusing on issues concerning diet and aging, to bring together researchers with an interest in nutritional restriction and aging, to exchange knowledge, generate ideas for future investigations, and strengthen relationships within this community. At the OFAS Symposium 2015, attendees addressed sulfur amino acid metabolism from molecular to phylogenic levels.
