SCHWAB SUGGESTED THAT PRIMARY SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES “AFFORD THE MOST AUTHENTIC, UNRETOUCHED SPECIMENS OF ENQUIRY THAT WE CAN OBTAIN” AND RAISED FOR THE FIRST TIME THE IDEA THAT SUCH ARTICLES CAN BE USED FOR “ENQUIRY INTO ENQUIRY”.
