Die ca. 1.000 Reproduktionen können vergrößert werden, ihre Qualität entspricht nicht immer den höchsten Standards, da viele vom Dia digitalisiert wurden. Die Handschriften sind chronologisch und topographisch geordnet. - [Engl.:] The database of Bodleian Library contains illuminated manuscripts from 11th-17th century. They are arranged by century and country of origin. The illuminations of the manuscripts are digitized; ca. 1.000 reproductions. Since most of the images presented have been scanned from the Library's stock of existing slides and filmstrips, their quality is not always up to the highest standards.
