MANAGEMENT IN UNIVERSITIES, NON FORMAL EDUCATION AND PRISONS ACROSS 12
COUNTRIES IN EUROPE. THE BOOK IDENTIFIES SYSTEMIC OBSTACLES TO AND
OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROMOTION OF ACCESS TO EDUCATION FOR
