State 1: the front of the pedestal framing the imprint is vertical. State 2: shading is diagonal. - This edition has catchwords on all rectos; maps have page numbers. Copies occur with one or more leaves from the Hanau edition (catchwords on versos only, plates have no page numbers); these should be matched to STC 12685.3 |
