Mentoring in secondary schools a video training package on mentoring trainee and newly-qualified teachers

Consists of a series of excerpts intended to trigger discussion on what an effective mentor does. Shows four mentors, each observing a trainee teacher in the classroom, and then holding a debriefing session with the trainee.
