ChemInform Abstract: Controlled Synthesis of Urchin-Like Bi2S3 via Hydrothermal Method

Spherical urchin‐like Bi2S3 flowers consisting of porous nanorods, solid nanorods, or nanowires which grow radially from the center of the nanostructures toward all directions are hydrothermally prepared from aqueous solutions of thiourea and Bi(NO3)3 (autoclave, 140 °C, 0.5—12 h).
