First search for K-L - pi(0)gamma
We report the first search for the K-L -> pi(0)gamma decay, which is forbidden by Lorentz invariance, using the data from 2016 to 2018 at the J-PARC KOTO experiment. With a single event sensitivity of (7.1 +/- 0.3(stat) +/- 1.6(syst)) x 10(-8), no candidate event was observed in the signal region...

D</jtitle><stitle>PHYS REV D</stitle><date>2020-09-28</date><risdate>2020</risdate><volume>102</volume><issue>5</issue><artnum>051103</artnum><issn>2470-0010</issn><eissn>2470-0029</eissn><abstract>We report the first search for the K-L -> pi(0)gamma decay, which is forbidden by Lorentz invariance, using the data from 2016 to 2018 at the J-PARC KOTO experiment. With a single event sensitivity of (7.1 +/- 0.3(stat) +/- 1.6(syst)) x 10(-8), no candidate event was observed in the signal region.
