The electromagnetic enhancement mechanism induced by the Ag NPs, chemical enhancement mechanism brought by ZnTiO3, and the 3D structure jointly endow the substrate with good SERS performance, which has been demonstrated experimentally and theoretically. Our work indicates that perovskite materials show extensive application prospect in SERS and photocatalysis. (C) 2020 Optical Society of America
