Zusammenfassung: | Combination photothermal therapy (PTT)/chemotherapy has become an emerging cancer treatment strategy in recent years. However, one of the important challenges in the development of nanomedicines is escaping immune recognition and the phagocytosis by the reticuloendothelial system (RES) to ultimately maximize tumor accumulation. In this work, a cell membrane-coated magnetically targeted drug delivery nanosystem was developed for synergistic PTT/chemotherapy of cancer. Importantly, this nanosystem can cleverly escape identification and clearance from the immune system, effectively prolong the blood circulation time and accurately accumulate in the target tumor tissues. This provides a new strategy to realize extraordinary antitumor effect by a unique design with cell membrane cloaking, magnetic targeting, drug delivery and synergistic PTT/chemotherapy.
