二维光子晶体直波导传播特性的研究
应用平面波展开法研究了二维光子晶体直波导的传播特性.根据计算得到在0.21371-0.27543Hz波段的光波能在波导中很好的传播.并且分析了当圆柱半径从0.1 a-0.5 a发生改变时的带隙规律,研究结果为光子晶体波导器件的开发提供了理论依据....
