对空气钻井中钻具腐蚀因素的影响研究
空气-泡沫钻井,因其钻速快,防漏效果好,具有常规钻井液不可比拟的优越性。空气粉尘钻井在干硬地层机械钻速达到16.24m/h。雾化钻井在出水量较小时,钻速为13.16m/h,当地层出水较多,空气压力较高时,其钻速与泡沫钻井速度相当。但泡沫钻井腐蚀钻具轻微,而雾化钻井腐蚀钻具严重。因此,必须根据地层情况选择合适的钻井流体,既要提高机械钻速,又要保护钻具,提高综合经济效益。...
