Zusammenfassung:Children carry out specific life practice activities through their bodies, but children’s bodies encounter difficulties in real education. The “Double Reduction” policy includes the physical care for children, which has its internal rational support, that is, “the body is the center of perception”, “the body is the starting point of understanding” and “the body is the source of experience”. In view of this, the path for the effective implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy can be constructed according to the following three aspects, that is, the concept of “unity of body and mind” runs through the whole process of the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy, changes the classroom teaching methods with embodied learning, and constructs a high-quality after-school service system with physical participation, in order to reconstruct the high-quality education ecology for the all-round development of children’s body and mind
