人工智能时代教师的审美素养:何以必要与何以生成
人工智能正以前所未有的速度改变教育,给未来教育带来高度不确定性的影响,人工智能融入教育对教师的存在价值、角色定位和职业素养提出了新要求,重新认识教师的审美素养具有重要意义。该文基于教育美学的视角,指出审美是人类的特殊精神领域和人工智能所难以超越的特质,人工智能没有审美属性,人类教师的审美素养无可替代。审美素养是人工智能时代教师重要的职业素养,彰显着教育的本质属性,表征着教师职业的育人特征,激发教师不断追求美的教育。在人工智能时代,培育教师的审美素养需要转变观念,重视激发教师自我提升的意愿;完善体系,构建一体化的教师审美素养培养机制;强化保障,营造教师审美素养生成的良好环境...
