混合式教学改革:教师准备好了吗——教师混合式教学改革发展框架及准备度研究
混合式教学正在成为未来教育的新常态,突如其来的疫情更加速了这个进程。然而,教师是否做好了混合式教学的态度准备和能力准备?我国教师开展混合式教学改革的态度和能力准备目前处于何种阶段?该文在Graham的理论基础上发展构建了教师混合式教学改革发展框架,将混合式教学改革划分为意识期、探索期、深化期三个阶段,并明确了每个阶段教师态度准备和能力准备的状态;进一步基于文献构建了教师混合式教学准备度框架,并开发了问卷工具,调查了全国共25个省市自治区的教师准备度现状。结果表明,当前我国中小学教师的混合式教学态度准备度仍处于混合式教学改革的意向期;教师开展教学改革的通用能力准备度较好,正由改革意向期向探索期过...
