欧拉藏羊公羊电刺激采精试验研究
S826.3; 为探讨引进欧拉藏公羊用电刺激采精的效果,选用1.5岁左右的欧拉藏羊公羊17只,分为2组,分别在公羊麻醉与非麻醉状态下进行电刺激采精试验,通过对试验公羊采精时的射精电压、射精时间、采精量、精液密度、活力、精液色泽,生殖器勃起状态情况的记录和分析.结果表明,对欧拉藏羊成年公羊用电刺激采精方法可行,在公羊非麻醉状态下用电刺激采集精液品质较好,值得在生产实践中推广....
