番红花红修饰铅笔芯电极的制备及其在果汁酸度测定中的应用

在含番红花红O的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法在经预处理的铅笔心电极上形成了番红花O聚合物薄膜,溶液的pH、扫描电位范围对修饰过程中有影响,在-1.0 V-0.0 V(vs Ag/Agcl)的扫描电位范围和酸性介质中形成的薄膜具有较高电活性和稳定性.根据过程的循环伏安曲线,对聚合的机理进行了讨论.利用该电极的pH响应性能,用扫描峰电位法测定果汁的酸度取得满意结果....
