浅议林业执法改革的存在问题及建议

林业系统在林业综合执法改革实践中,取得了很多好的工作成绩,但仍然存在着一些问题亟待用法律和制度去完善。通过深入的研究,针对存在的问题,笔者提出了实行林业综合行政执法改革的思路和建议。
