运用激励理论探讨提高公务员绩效水平的途径
我国的公共部门绩效管理尚处于起步阶段,此前对公共部门绩效管理的研究大多集中在对政府及其部门的绩效的衡量,而忽视了对公务员个人绩效的管理。主要在激励理论视角下分析提高公务员个人绩效水平的途径。
