TQ225.24; 以去氢枞酸为原料,经酰化得到酰氯,酰氯与85%(质量分数)水合肼反应制备出去氢枞酰肼,去氢枞酰肼再与5种芳香酰氯反应得N,N'-二酰基肼,其再经POCl3脱水闭环反应,合成了5种新的2-去氢枞基-5-芳基-1,3,4-(噁)二唑.研究了合成反应条件;每步收率均在75%以上....
