危机语境下的信任修复话语分析——以水滴筹CEO致歉信为例
本文基于Fuoli&Paradis(2014)的信任修复话语模型,对水滴筹CEO致歉信中凸显的可信性维度(能力、品质和善意)以及话语策略(强调正面与中和负面)进行了探讨.研究结果表明,"能力"和"善意"这两类可信性维度主要经由"强调正面"的话语策略来修复,在语言层面表现为表达评价以及情感意义的语言资源;"品质"这一可信性维度主要借助"中和负面"的话语策略来修复,在语言层面则表现为对话介入资源,如转折话语标记、否定标记以及言据标记.本研究不仅验证了Fuoli&Paradis信任修复...
