论“思政课”教师与哲社教师两支队伍的有效融通
“吸引和鼓励相关专业的专家学者和实际部门的领导干部从事或参与思想政治理论课教学”已成为从中央到地方到各高校领导极其关注的新取向。本文研究“05方案”实施以来高校“思政课”教师与哲学社会科学教师两支队伍的融通现状。阐述融通具有学理和实践依据.指出融通不足受到诸多因素的影响。并从宣传教育和提升能力、协调机制体制等角度提出了加强“思政课”教师与哲社教师两支队伍融通的有效对策。...
