论差异教学的有效实施
差异教学的实质是为了促进每个学生的发展,差异教学对维护教学公平、提高教学质量具有重要作用.在实施差异教学的过程中,要使差异教学更有效,应从教师、学生分组、教学方法、评价几个方面采取相应的措施.
