线粒体是细胞的能量加工厂,线粒体代谢与线粒体动力学密切相关.研究表明线粒体动力学障碍在神经发育中有重要的影响,与精神分裂症紧密相关.本文就动力学异常与神经发育及精神分裂症的相关性作一综述.
