猪丹毒丝菌spaA基因的敲除及其致病作用的初步研究
S852.6; 为阐明SpaA在猪丹毒丝菌致病中的作用,以临床分离的猪丹毒丝菌野生强毒株为材料采用DNA重组技术构建spaA基因敲除载体,并利用该敲除载体通过同源重组敲除强毒株的spaA基因,比较强毒株和敲除株对小鼠毒力的差异.结果表明敲除株相比野生株对小鼠的毒力降低102倍,这说明SpaA与猪丹毒丝菌的致病性有关....
