化工厂余热锅炉过热器管束频繁发生爆管,漏口呈脆性断裂,内外壁壁厚增加,金属层减薄,分析认为是过热状态下氧腐蚀造成,提出改造除氧水系统,调整过热器结构,使蒸汽流向与烟气流向达成顺流等解决措施。
