甜藤浸膏的制备工艺研究

优化甜藤浸膏的制备工艺.以甜藤浸膏的得率为指标,通过单因素实验,再正交试验优化,并研究对比了浸泡-超声辅助提取法与浸泡、热水浸泡、水浴振荡、超声提取法制备甜藤浸膏.确定了浸泡-超声辅助提取甜藤浸膏最佳制备工艺为:水为提取溶剂,料液比1∶7,浸泡1.5 h,水浴35℃下超声提取30 min,过滤浓缩制得甜藤浸膏,得率为9.83%,密度为1.3 g/mL.优化的浸泡-超声辅助提取浸膏得率是另外4种提取法的2倍以上.采用分光光度法测定浸膏中有效活性成分总糖、黄酮、氨基酸及抗坏血酸的含量,测定结果分别为:328.7,10.6,37.8,7.4 mg/g,与提取液相比浸膏中大部分有效成分得到了浓缩,为进...
