气相色谱法检测牛奶中5种糖醇含量
TS207.3; 本文优化了牛奶中多种糖醇类甜味剂含量测定的气相色谱方法.样品中的糖醇经水提取,净化、冻干脱去水分后进行乙酰化反应,生成的糖醇乙酸酯衍生物采用非极性DB-1柱、氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行分离、检测,以峰保留时间定性,外标法定量.结果表明,5种糖醇在0.01~1.50 mg·mL-1线性关系良好,回收率为97.1%~102.0%,RSD均小于2%.该方法具有前处理简便、线性范围宽、准确度高、重复性好等优点,适于牛奶食品中糖醇含量的有效测定....
