凝胶渗透-负化学电离源质谱法测定水产品中多种农药残留

TS207.5; 本文建立了凝胶渗透-负化学电离源质谱法(GPC-NCI/MS)测定水产品中多种农药残留量的方法.样品用乙腈萃取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和正丙基乙二胺(PSA)固相萃取净化.在10μg·kg-1加标水平下,多种农药的回收率为71.3%~107.2%,相对标准偏差为2.93%~7.68%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.29~0.87μg·kg-1.该方法能很好地去除基体杂质,目标物选择性好,适合于泥鳅等水产品中多种有机氯和菊酯类农药残留的检测....
